About us
About EagleCast TV
EagleCast TV brings live channels, sports, movies and series together in one service, along with the information you need to decide whether it's right for you.
Why an Eagle?
Eagles are known for their eyesight. They pick out detail from a long way off and don't waste effort getting to it. That's the standard we try to hold ourselves to: clear information, no padding, and the shortest route to an answer.
It's also why this site looks the way it does. Each page has one job, whether that's explaining a feature, helping you check a device or getting your question to the right place, and it tries to do that job without making you dig.
How we work
How We Talk About EagleCast TV
A TV service is something you live with every evening. These are the ground rules we follow when we describe ours.
Plain language first
We describe features in the words you'd use yourself. If a technical term is unavoidable, we explain it the first time it appears.
Clear, upfront pricing
Plans and prices are listed on the homepage before you buy, with no undisclosed fees added at checkout.
Guides that have been checked
A setup guide is published only after its steps have been followed on that type of device. Until then, we help directly.
Honest answers to direct questions
Ask about a channel, a league or a device and you'll get a clear yes, no, or "let us check", not a sales pitch.
