About EagleCast TV
What is EagleCast TV?
EagleCast TV is an entertainment service for watching live TV channels, sports, movies and series on everyday devices: Fire TV, Android TV, smart TVs, phones and computers.
This website explains the features, sets out what to check on each device, and gives you a direct way to contact the team.
What features does EagleCast TV offer?
The main features are live TV channels, movies and series on demand, live sports, an electronic program guide, support for a range of devices, and customer support.
The features page explains each one in more detail. If you're after a specific channel or event, ask us before you sign up.
How can I learn more about the service?
The features page walks through each part of EagleCast TV, the devices page covers compatibility, and the about page explains how we approach the service. If something still isn't covered, ask us.
Devices & setup
Which devices can work with EagleCast TV?
We've written notes for Amazon Fire TV, Android TV and Google TV, smart TVs, iPhone and iPad, Android phones and tablets, Windows and Mac computers, and streaming boxes.
Being listed doesn't mean every model behaves the same way. Older hardware and some regional TV models have limits, so check the notes for your device first.
How can I check device compatibility?
Open the devices page and find your type of device. Each section shows where to find the model name and software version in the settings menu.
Have those two details to hand. If you're still unsure afterwards, send them to us through the contact page.
How does the setup process work?
It depends on your device, because each platform installs apps in its own way. Check compatibility first, then follow the guide for your device where one is published.
Where there isn't a guide yet, contact us with your device model and software version and we'll point you to the right steps.
Where can I find device installation guides?
Guides are published on the devices page, one per platform. We only publish a guide once its steps have been checked on that type of device, so if yours isn't there yet, get in touch and we'll help you directly.
Where can I find troubleshooting information?
Start with this FAQ and the notes for your device. Many playback problems come down to the internet connection, an out-of-date app or system update, or a device that simply needs restarting, so those are worth ruling out first.
If the problem continues, contact us with your device model, what you were watching and any error message you saw.
Plans, support & privacy
What should I know before choosing a plan?
Plans run for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months and each covers one device. Longer plans cost less per month. The pricing section shows the current prices.
Before you buy, check that your device is covered in the installation notes, and if there's a channel or event you particularly want, ask us first.
How can I contact support?
Use the form on the contact page. Include your device model and a short description of what's happening; it helps us give you a useful answer the first time.
Can I ask about a specific channel, league or language before signing up?
Yes, please do. Asking directly is the most reliable way to get an answer about a particular channel, competition or language. Send the details through the contact page.
What happens to the details I send through the contact form?
We use them to reply to your message and handle any follow-up, and nothing else. The privacy policy explains what we collect and how long we keep it.
