What this policy covers
This policy covers this website only. If you use other EagleCast TV services, the information provided at that time will explain how those services use your data.
Information you give us
When you send a message through the contact form, we collect:
- your name and email address;
- the topic you choose and, if you add it, your device model;
- the message itself.
When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, the plan you chose, your main device and any notes you add.
We store these details securely on our server so we can reply to your message, process your order and handle any follow-up, and for nothing else. We don't add you to a mailing list.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, the server that hosts this site records basic technical information when a page is requested: your IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, the page that linked to it, and the date and time. This is used to keep the site secure and working properly, for example to spot and block abuse. It is not used to build a profile of you.
The contact form also holds your IP address briefly in memory to limit repeated submissions. It isn't stored with your message.
Cookies and tracking
This website doesn't set advertising or analytics cookies, and it doesn't use tracking pixels or third-party analytics. Fonts are served from this website rather than a third-party font service. If that changes, we'll update this policy first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
Who we share information with
We don't sell personal information. We share it only with:
- the hosting provider that runs this website;
- the email provider that delivers our emails, including order confirmations;
- the payment provider you choose when you pay for an order (for example PayPal or Stripe), which processes your payment under its own privacy policy. We never see or store your full card details;
- authorities, where we're legally required to.
How long we keep it
We keep contact messages for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up, and then delete them. Order records are kept for as long as we need them to provide your subscription and to meet our accounting and legal obligations. Server logs are kept for a limited period under our hosting provider's retention settings.
Legal basis
If you're in the UK or the European Economic Area, we rely on our legitimate interests to reply to messages you send us and to keep the website secure. Where you contact us about signing up, we may also rely on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. To make a request, contact us. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
International transfers
Our hosting and email providers may process information in countries other than your own. When information is transferred internationally, we take steps to keep it protected as required by applicable law.
Children
This website isn't aimed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us their details, please contact us and we'll delete them.

We use reasonable technical measures to protect information sent through this site. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please don't send passwords or payment details through the contact form.
